What To Expect During Your First Appointment

When you come for your first appointment, please bring a photo ID if you have one. We’ll begin your visit with a private, one-on-one session in a comfortable, safe space to give you time to talk freely. If you bring a friend or support person, they’re welcome to join you later in the visit if you’d like.

  • Services are completely free and confidential.

  • Your privacy matters. Every visit is confidential and takes place in a private, comfortable setting.

  • You’ll find a safe, judgment-free space to talk through your pregnancy options and get clear answers to your questions.

  • Most first appointments take one hour depending on the service.
